All Lunas devices come with a 60-day return period. If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 60 days, just fill out this form and we'll provide the return instructions. Please note the following for all returns:
All orders must be returned with original packaging and in like-new condition. Returns without original packaging will be subject to refusal and returned to the sender.
All returns received with damaged or missing components may be subject to additional fees. If applicable, these fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Because we ship our products for free within the domestic U.S., return shipping will be your responsibility.* Please note that we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are returned to us.
Returns must be postmarked before the end of the 60-day return period, which commences upon receipt of the product.
Returns shipped after 60 days will not be accepted.All returned orders will be inspected and processed within 3–5 days of receipt.
All international returns are required to ship to our return center located in the U.S.A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all orders that are refused at the carrier level and returned.
